Saint Cecilia's High School But I will sing of your strength, in the morning I will sing of your love; for you are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble.
O my Strength, I sing praise to you; you, O God, are my fortress, my loving God. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Welcome to Saint Cecilia's High School founded in 1809. When we opened up, we were an all boy's Academy, and we stayed like that for 40 years. In 1849, we decided to allow female students into the school, and we opened up a music wing, generously donated by Clementine Woods, one of our best students. Now today, we are on of the top Musical High Schools in the City of New York, and many of today's students grow up to be world-class musicians. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Absences It is important that your child attend school regularly.
